Are your products natural?
Our products are made with a blend of natural and safe synthetic ingredients. While we love using plant-based ingredients, some lab-made alternatives can be just as effective and sometimes even more sustainable.

Do your products contain fragrance?
No, our products are completely fragrance-free. That means we don’t add any synthetic or natural ingredients to alter or enhance scent. This helps keep our formulas gentle, non-irritating, and suitable for even the most sensitive skin.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all of our products are vegan. We never use animal-derived ingredients in our formulas
What kind of product testing do you do?
Prymora formulas exceed industry standards for product quality and shelf life testing. Once finalized, every formula goes through vigorous product testing to ensure safety and effectiveness.
All of our products are formulated and produced in an FDA-registered lab, following strict manufacturing protocols that meet the highest FDA standards.
Do you test on animals?

Shipping & Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your skincare. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please email us at customercare@prymora.com. We’ll provide step-by-step instructions. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number at anytime to track your package.
Where do you ship?
We ship World Wide, with free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at customercare@prymora.com, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

How do I check my order status?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and summary.
To check the status, simply click the “View your order” button in that email for real-time updates.
Can I cancel or update my order once it's been placed?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel it.
